The fastest way to reach us is to call.

(850) 389-2182

A form is fine for a rekey next Tuesday. If you are standing outside your house or your car right now, phone us — a voice gets you a real ETA and a straight quote in about ninety seconds, and it gets the right tools loaded before we leave.

What to tell us when you call

Thirty seconds of detail on the phone saves you a wasted trip. Every locksmith job comes down to bringing the right thing the first time, and the right thing depends entirely on what you tell us. Three questions, and we can load the truck properly before we pull out.

  • Where you are, precisely. A street address is best. A landmark works — the Lincoln Park boat ramp, the Bayshore Drive pier, somewhere off Government Avenue. Tell us which side of the bayou you are on, because that decides the route and therefore the ETA. And tell us if you are inside an Eglin gate, because that changes what is possible: we are civilian and cannot pass a gate without a sponsor and escort.
  • What exactly is locked. A house door, a car, a storefront, a mailbox, a safe? If it is a door: is the key lost, broken off in the cylinder, or sitting inside on the counter? A key snapped in a lock is a different job with different tools than a key shut in a kitchen. If a deadbolt has simply stopped turning, say so — that may be hardware failure, not a lockout.
  • If it is a vehicle: year, make, model. This is the one people skip and it matters more than anything else. Say it off the registration if you have it. A 2004 pickup with a plain metal blade, a mid-2000s car with a transponder chip, and a push-to-start crossover with a proximity fob are three unrelated jobs requiring three different sets of gear. Then tell us whether any working key still exists, anywhere — a spare in a drawer at home is the difference between a duplicate and a full all-keys-lost programming job. If you know, tell us; if you do not, say that too.

We will give you a real ETA on that call, not a comforting one. Valparaiso is about three miles end to end, so if we are in town we are minutes out. If we are finishing a job in Niceville or out toward Fort Walton, it will be longer, and you deserve to hear the true number so you can decide whether to wait.

We come to you

We are a mobile shop. There is no storefront to visit and no counter to stand at — the van is the shop, and it comes to your driveway, your parking spot, or your business. That is the whole model, and it is why we can cut and program a car key at the vehicle instead of having it towed to a dealer.

Hours

The line is answered around the clock for lockouts, because that is when lockouts happen — late, in the rain, on a Sunday. Scheduled work like a rekey after closing or a commercial master key system we book for normal daylight hours, which is better for everyone. If it can wait until morning, we will tell you so honestly rather than charge you for the hour.

Not sure which service you need? Start with emergency lockouts, car keys and fobs, or read who we are and where we run.

Call the local line

It rings a locksmith who knows where Bayshore Drive is. Tell us where you are and what is locked.
